What does tiering means?

Each restaurant outlet will be classified into Gold, Silver or Bronze based on your aggregate consumer experience. This program is initiated to reward partners who help ChfMart drive seamless consumer experience on all orders. The tiering program measures five key metrics:

  • Acceptance
  • Edits
  • Cancellations
  • Customer Ratings
  • GMV
